Attorney Victor Boog began his legal career as law clerk to Justice William H. Erickson of the Colorado Supreme Court. Since beginning private practice, he has tried hundreds of civil cases throughout the state of Colorado, and in state and federal courts in New Mexico, Nebraska, Texas, Illinois, and Wisconsin. He has appeared on innumerable occasions before local, state and federal boards and agencies, and has arbitrated dozens of cases. He has also briefed and argued numerous cases in state and federal appellate courts, and has been counsel of record in over fifty published appellate opinions.

Attorney Amanda Cruser began her legal career as a trial attorney in the Honor's Program at the U.S. Department of Justice, Tax Division. During her five years with the Justice Department, Tax Division, she was assigned to the Western Criminal Enforcement Section, in which she reviewed tax cases for grand jury investigation and federal prosecution. She also handled numerous grand jury investigations and prosecutions of tax and white-collar criminal cases in Colorado, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, California, Texas, and New Jersey. She was awarded the John Marshall Award for Trial of Litigation, by Attorney General John Ashcroft in 2003, for the successful prosecution of seven defendants in Oregon who were involved in a $186 million warehouse banking scheme. Since joining her father in practice, she has expanded her practice to include criminal defense, civil litigation and administrative law.
