She also tried over twenty-five criminal cases for the U.S. Attorney's Office in the District of Columbia. Since joining her father in practice she has handled a number of criminal defense cases, tax cases, administrative law cases, and civil litigation in the areas of land use and contract disputes. Her expertise lies in the workings of the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Justice in federal income tax matters. She can provide experienced representation to individuals who are faced with civil audits, Internal Revenue Service collection proceedings, criminal investigations (both administrative and grand jury), as well as criminal prosecutions.
